I found several threads that talk about the subject topic; however, none specifically address the removal of the dimmer switch under the dash. the rod activates the switch (loud click), but the headlights don't change from low to high beams,. I have removed the access panel under the column and ductwork, I located the switch and unplugged the connector, but its hard to tell exactly how the switch is fastened, due to accessibility. I can't tell if there are screws or if it is somehow clipped in place. PIcs would help immensely.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
