Default Lubricant

Hello. I have a question about the polyurethane bushing in the adjustable strut rods for a 69. What, if any grease or other product should I use and exactly where should it be applied to try and prevent any noises from the poly bushings. Thanks for advice and help. Take care.

This is what I used and basically you put it all on the bushing and outside.

Use gloves when putting it on. It's a pain to get it off you hands.
