I found this under my car today and damned if I know where it broke free from.
My best guess is maybe from the headlamp door, the wiper door, it was centered under the transmission. The lower shift boot was toast so I removed what was left and left that open under the console till the new part comes in.
could it have fallen thru from the console area ?
Last night I returned late having used the headlights for the first time. So… ?

It does look like the part.
I was afraid this was a part broken free from a larger factory piece. This is good news that it is a part that can be purchased, unbolted and replaced.
