Default Wiper trouble

The wiper did not work yesterday after I replaced the wiper motor. What could be the cause? Power is coming to the connector of the wiper motor.

The override switch is ok. Electricity is coming when the connector that goes into the wiper motor is also switched on.

Blower motor does not work either.
Wiper doors open normally.

Check to see if the main ground from the wiper motor at the starter motor is good. Because of its location, very often this is broken off- no ground. Been there, done that.

The wiper switch itself also needs to be grounded. The C3's with the switch in the metal gauge cluster housing were grounded through the housing itself but if the housing breaks in the very narrow spot between the gauges and the switch, the ground may be lost.

I went round and round with this same problem, it was a bad fuse....it looked fine every time I pulled it and looked at it. I finally pulled it and checked with a multi-meter, yup, it was bad. I did this after I removed the entire works and bench tested it, and it worked fine, until i hooked it up and tried it. Then tore the the entire works all apart AGAIN and cleaned and greased everything AGAIN, put it back together and it bench tested fine, until I reinstalled and hooked up. Drove me nuts for days, check the fuses with a meter, as the **** they're selling today is just that.

Does electricity flow to the wiper motor even if the fuse is bad as you say?

Hello.
Thanks to your input, I have solved the wiper problem.

It was due to the lack of grounding.

Thank you all very much.
I was very distressed by this problem.

It is the ground of the line in the red circle. When I pulled it by hand, the terminal pulled out. The wiper motor started to work when I replaced it with a new terminal.
