Hello.
when I removed the engine I forgot to remove 1 bolt from bell housing, I pulled on the engine to separate from trans and the trans popped forward with engine, I knew then, I was going to have issues with the shifter, I had a previous leak on trans yoke seal, and it deteriated the trans mount, I never messed with my linkage. It always worked great before this. Can any adjustments be made from the interior side or underside?
thanks in advance

what is the specific issue. you arent talking in the video so I dont understand what is wrong. It is spring loaded to go to the 3-4 gate and that looks like it works and it looks like you are getting all the gears. The only thing I can think happened when you pulled it is you bent one of the linkage arms, If the linkage was disconnected Then nothing would have happend to the shifter itself.

I took the boot off under the console, and checked underneath the car, the linkage looked to be ok, I didn't see anything that could of been bent..for the heck of it, I sprayed some wd40 on the linkage from the interior side, and it became free again... I also left my ignition key on from last year, when I did the suspension and that was stuck also, luckily after a minute or two that that would free up.. so far I am good to go..
There is a hole in the side of the Shifter body that You insert a Pin which locks the Shifter . You then check the adjustment of the Linkage Arms. I'm sure there are U-Tube videos showing the procedure.

Sounds like you're Getting lucky, you should buy some lottery tickets while it lasts!!
If something did get tweaked, here are the installation / alignment instructions. You can use a 1/4 drill bit to lock the shifter while you adjust everything. https://documents.holley.com/3738616_instructions.pdf
