Ever had a Vette nightmare?
I'm spending way too much time with my Vette.
Last night I had a nightmare about my 74. I was detailing the underside when suddenly everything began to leak! The tranny was leaking, as was the differential. The power steering control valve was spewing fluid everywhere. Coolant was running out from around the radiator support and engine oil was coating most of the engine compartment. Needless to say, thats when I woke up.
How sick and demented is that? When i was younger I dreamed about chicks, now I dream about my car :crazy:
Then, to top it off, I had to venture into the garage this morning and look under the car.
It's gonna be a long winter if this keeps up.

I had a 'mare bout mine one night. I dreamed it had gotten stolen and then recovered. You can imagine the condition it was in..... :cry

I sure did. I dreamt I was at a cruise night and a young kid came along, Said nice car and I throw him the keys and said take it and enjoy it for a few day. Return it when you are done. Never got his name, didn't have a clue where he lived. Just watched him burn out of there. The nightmare came a few days later when I waited for him to return the car.

Yeah, I dreamed that I had parked the vette in front of the house, so I could wash my truck in the driveway, and these 2 harley riders ran into the side of it.... :mad :mad :mad :mad

I dreamed that Miranda was being serviced and the lift started leaning to one side. As the car slid off I screamed and woke up in a sweat.

Last night I dreamed that I traded the vette in on some hot ricer. I remeber it had a 6 speed stick shift and was black. I can still hear the 'pshh' 'pshh'.

Not any realy sleeping nightmares, but I have had a few working on the car. The biggest one is going on right now. I bought my car back after the wreck and more and more appears to be wrong with it. I keep finding things along the way and the price of getting it back on the road keep rising.
