The single light bulb is located on the bottom of the hvac control
You'll need to remove the 4 corner screws from the shifter plate, you may need to remove the shifter ball if it's an automatic, can probably get enough room just to move it aside if it's a standard with the boot.
The HVAC control is attached to a small frame that sits into the console, There's a couple of small screws that hold that frame to the console or the HVAC to the frame. you might need to remove those to allow it to lift up (just enough to get at the light socket underneath)
It's a tedious job, try not to drop anything else it'll a real PIA to get it back
