Helloooo Vetters,
I hope eveyone had a pleasant and safe cruisin season. I know I did and hate to see it end. Ok so now for my question. Is there a way to adjust the rear of the t tops where it mounts into the mounting bracket. To make it sit more flush with the rear of the the roof line? The right side seems to be worse. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Right side Right side Left side
There is a little wobble room in the holes. There is a plate behind the fiberglass that the screws go into (careful, don't drop it down into the void of the pillar) and there's a little, not much, adjustment there.
Keep in mind that the roofs were never meant to be flush, they actually stick up more than you'd think at the rear

Thank you Mooser. That's interesting. I participated at a local all Vette car show and I was deducted points for my tops because they didn't fit flush. I know my car isn't a " conquers" car. And from what I have seen there isn't many cars ou there that the t tops fit much better. Unless they are fiberglass tops.
Those two screws where the rear pin goes into the B pillar, don't remove them, as Mooser said, the backers will fall off into never-never land and your into a jackpot then.

The glass roofs were supposed to sit 1/8" to 1/4" high at the rear, partly due to the increased thickness of the glass and then the rubber surround on the edge.
