So it looks like someones already been there once or twice ,, I would remove some of that old putty first and clean and prep the area before using duraglass or fiberglass

any special way to remove the old stuff in there? Or is it just old fashioned effort
I would
- grind off the old filler
- prepare both sides of the panel and lay on some new fiberglass and resin to rebuild the shape and join the broken parts. (Do the backside first)
- once dry file and sand the glass to a smooth surface
- apply filler to get final imperfections out.
- prime and paint the panel
