I am trying to tap into a keyed and cranking hot for my Holley Sniper system. If I go to the ignition switch, which color is keyed hot and cranking hot? Is it PINK?
I suspect it is like my 68. Find the terminal labeled IGN on the fuse box. You can tap there and it should be hot in START and RUN.
I initially ran my EFI controls off that terminal but eventually I installed a relay that picks up from there and the actual power comes from the Horn Relay terminal.
But you can the IGN terminal to power up the control side of the system and get the system going anyway.

I checked the IGN but while it is hot while cranking it remains hot with the key off. The only way to kill it is to completely cut my battery which does have a kill switch on it. I know something somewhere is wired wrong to keep this hot after the key turns off but I want to try at the switch.

Just to be clear, you are testing the bottom unused spade for IGN, Top is Battery, Center is Accessory.
So mine are not labeled but I checked and what I get is
Bottom:
- Key off - 12v power
- key on - 12v power
-cranking - 12v power
Middle:
Key off - no power
key on - 12v power
cranking - no power
Top: Key off - no power key on - 12v power cranking - no power
What I need is something with no power when the key is off and then key on with power and cranking with power. I understand that my IGN one for the bottom should be that one but I believe someone wired this car rather weird many years ago.

You should never tap into the IGN circuit. Tap into the W/S washer motor circuit. It is key switched and won't interfere with the power supplied to the coil.

but its not a cranking hot. The Holley Sniper needs a keyed and cranking +12v
I did. Its an accessory. All accessories shut off when you crank the car. That why the windshield wipers stop as the car cranks. Unless your talking about a different connection.

you have a wiring issue. I tapped off the IGN for my sniper. I used it to power a relay that triggered a hot wire from the battery to a secondary fuse block

I concur. You need to solve your wiring issues before hooking anything else up to the system. I've been using IGN for decades.

Drivel.
I've been using IGN for a couple of decades.

Yeah, its just odd to me that the IGN would not be hot while cranking. The car starts and runs fine but the issue that I have is that my Holley Sniper will remains on all the time and drain the battery unless I use the battery kill switch. I believe by doing this it clears the LEARN every time unless somoene knows if that makes no difference. I really dont mind turning the battery off cause I have a quick disconnect on the terminal but I just dont know if it clears the computer on the Holley Sniper.

Disconnecting power does not clear the learn table. The tune is not changed in any way. There is an issue though that needs to be fixed. The IGN terminal on the fuse box should be 0 volts with key in the off position and the ACCY position. It should be 12 volts with the key in the on (run) position and while cranking. If you have 12 volts with the switch off, there is a problem. I have a 68 also and my Sniper gets its "pink wire" power through the IGN terminal.
Just to be certain, the IGN terminal is the bottom one, in the middle, right above the little INST LPS fuse.
