Reread that old thread....i remember a lot of that and the huge difference between what my car was like with the mechanical linkage and with the vacuum linkage.......the big problem was no squirters on the out board carbs. There isnt any Mopar mechanical outboard carbs to be found. There are fords around but they are 325 across the board for 289 motors....BUT....i can get new 500cfm base plates, drill some outboard carb body accerator pump circuits, the hole just didnt push into the squirter chamber, and tap for the squiter screw.....its something Im looking at but is at the bottom of the list. I still have the linkage and i bought an Ebay side mount primary fuel bowl for $50 to test with. I also will need a low profile t-stat housing...
