Default Distributor shield brackets

Could some one tell me if on a 1969 427, the distributor shield brackets were black or orange from the factory that year. Thanks in advance.

Most of them I've seen were orange, These cars were "top-flight" awarded




Somehow I think the tripower might be different but I don't know that for sure.

My 69 L36 that didn't seem to have had anything changed under the hood by the first owner, I'm second, has orange brackets
