Default Tach filter help

My tachometer doesn’t work and it looks like much tach filter has been soldered off. Where is the other wire for my tach filter supposed to be?

By the shape of the Power Brake Booster vacuum pipe it's a 75-77
I think I see a vacuum line possibly feeding the Cruise Control transducer so I'm guessing 1977.
Don't focus on the connector with X through it as that is just a diagnostic connector.
If it were me I would purchase a new replacement filter, that is NOT the original filter that was installed at the factory and has been soldered once before.
Correct filter is on the right...
As intperon says, you can disconnect the connector from distributor coil labeled #2 then disconnect connector labelled #1 and us the FM plug from the wiring harness directly to the HEI coil, that will bypass the tachometer filter for testing reasons only.
