There was a group purchase on those back in nov & early dec. $100 off IIRC. We asked about a CF discount at the time & it was not in place but being considered. Might want to email them or call & speak to Brian. Never hurts to ask again :)
I just bought 4 heavy duty calipers. I told them I was a member of CF, but I didn't get a discount. But I just want nice trouble free brakes. Plus I'm using one of our supporting vendors! :)
Re: VB&P discount for CF members? (Mystery Machine)
Last year I bought $2500.00 worth of parts from VB&P. I did not put one of them on my car. "I love dealing with them so much I just buy parts from them". Just kidding I sold the performance kit I bought thinking I was gonna sell the car then changed my mind again now I wish I had the kit again. Some parts I bought blindly i.e. caliper rebuild kit. I ended up with new calipers. OH well that is how it goes. I vote for a discount too.

Re: VB&P discount for CF members? (Mystery Machine)
Me three...I USED to have some money, then I bought my vette. :lolg:
I've never had the pleasure, the second I had some money, well, you know where it went.
Once I sell my trombone ($1350 Bach Stradivarius 42B Open wrap, any takers? great condition!) they'll be getting some business from me (front monospring for one). Obviously they're very popular among us CFers, makes sense to set up a discount to me.
Hi
I just bought a brake caliper O-ring conversion kit and stainless braided flex lines for my 68 . Mentioned to be a CF member, but no discount.
Their stuff is OK.
I'm also looking forward to some discount as I plan to get more from them.
Keep this thread up in order for them to spot it.

Yeah, I need to add a few more parts to my list as I sort of broke some :D Even if it was something like free shipping or just 5% off that'd be just outstanding. I'd buy anything I could from them then. Wouldn't even bother going for the absolute best price, just get it from VBP. Huh, huh. At the rate I break things that could mean a lot of business! My dad needs parts for his '84 too. He just blew out the power steering rack.
They can afford a discount. I bought a pair of rear adjustable strut rods from Zip for $99 -- and got a 5% discount on top of that! To top it all off, they look suspiciously similar to VB&P units -- go look up their price...
So let's keep this thread :auto: until someone pays attention!
