You're saying you have a 600 hp normally-aspirated 350 in a street car running air conditioning at idle and using vacuum advance on the distributor meeting the 2-inch rule requirement to operate vacuum advance...? And the dyno test sheets don't show what they set the timing at..??

I bet the OP has 7 or 800 hp, but is held back by that clutch fan.
I'm spoiled by the airflow cooked into the redesigned 80 nose, but you should only need a fan when you are idling, in stop-and-go traffic, need to boost flow for A/C, or need to cool down after a run.
