New Exhaust Tomorrow

Dropped of my 79 vette for new exhaust system today. Having true duels,high flow cats and dynomax ultras installed. Should be done late tomorrow - can't wait to hear what it sounds like. After reading many of the posts on the forum I decided I did not want it to be too loud. Orginally I was going to go with the flowmaster 50 series but the guy at the shop thought they would be louder than I wanted. If the ultras are not to my liking I can switch to the flowmasters. :)

I think the Series 50 is the three chamber Flowmaster, so the resonance won't be as bad as the 40 series.

If you do decide to switch, I may be interested in your Ultra Flows, but you really should like them.

I have the 50 Delta Flows without any cats and it is not to loud at all. Very nice sound.

Good luck.....I have heard the 50's and they are not that loud at all
