Brake Caliper Bolt Size
So I'm doing a all around calipers/brakes/rotors job and the bolt sizes seem to be different then mentioned here: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...bolt-size.html
I have 2 different lengths of bolt: Some are 1-1/8", and some are 1-3/16". Any idea why the caliper bolts might have different sizes on a 1/16" basis?

Not off hand. I don't believe I've ever noticed any difference when working on a few C2 and C3 cars. Do all the head markings appear the same or do you have a mix of bolt makers?
1/16" is nothing to worry about since the bolts go into open holes and there's nothing to interfere if they protrude a smidge on the other side.

1 1/8" appears to be correct. Unless they are original anybody could have substituted the bolts.
