Carpet removed
It’s what it looked like after removing carpet and vacuuming,everything is solid and looks fine
This side is passenger side and the underlay under carpet was wet from heater core,so glad I found it before installing new carpet.
Now how hard is it to remove the heater core,I’m assuming since I already have seats,carpet and kick panels,shouldn’t be much harder is it.lol

Seriously??? Taking out seats is a walk in the park.
heater core is a absolute @#$#&#@@!
Basically, at the factory, they payed a magician to levitate the heater core in mid air. Then the assembly line crew quickly built a car around it!
