69 water pump noise

69 water pump noise
Put a Stewart stage 3 water pump on. Car runs great no over heating. Just a squeaky noise when I rev up engine. Tighten belt and it get worse. Took off belt and sqeaky sound stopped. Turned water pump by hand and was making noise(see video) sent in to Stewart to rebuild which the did and install pump car was quit for 10 minutes and then noise came back. Removed fan and pulley, turned pump by hand and duck like sound is back. Is the sound in the video normal. Two pumps bad? First less then 500 nmile second 10 miles
side note I’m using a 1 inch spacer to get the fan in the shroud car was a BB (long gone before I purchase) now has a 383 SB. Do I just have a bad water pump? Should I try a different brand?
