Not Bubba at all.......although I would extend the tips out to the cars airstream......you won't like sitting in traffic with that.....

I won't pass judgement as I've routed exhaust similarly in the past due to rear suspension components being in the way, other packaging issues or simple expedience. The only downside I can see, and have experienced, is that the exhaust will usually be right where the arms of a twin post lift should go as demonstrated in the very first image.
