Hey guys, got my speaker box done. Arguably my most important question yet - how do I route the wires to the rear speakers?

My plan (tentatively) is to run the speaker wire under the parking brake console cover, up the little wall behind the seats (under the carpet), then over to the respective sides near the wheel-well hump and run the wires as close to the frame as possible. The diagram below tracks the yellow wire, leading to the blue box (speaker).

For those who have done this job previously, where’d you run your rear speaker wires? And how did you secure them down/protect them from being harmed?

I've run mine thru the ebrake tunnel, as well as under the carpet by the sill plates, up over the back carpet rise and behind carpet over the wheel wells. I didn't bother tacking them down and have never had an issue.
