The only local exhaust shop is weeks out, I have my exhaust from Corvette central installed and the mufflers dangling. I need the exhaust shop to bend me a tube that'll fit....I was wondering what degree is it? Like 90? Local parts store has 90s.... the parts guy suggested flex pipe. I'm not sold on that. Just to clarify I included pictures of stock mufflers and the bend im referring to..

I went through the same thing when installing Flowmaster 40s. They are a bigger body muffler than stock, so the bend was basically a sharp 90°. The stock bends aren't exactly 90. I have a set laying around, but I can't find my damn angle gauge. I'd guess they're in the 70-80 degree range.
I have some 2.5" flex pipe laying around, and I can't bend it to match that sharp of a bend. Not even close.
I'll try and get a pic of my setup. I had an exhaust shop make the bends. I'm running 2.5" from the headers to the mufflers, so it was a tight bend with the larger pipe.
