I redid my A/C last summer with all new parts with the exception of the hard lines. Problem was that I ended ended up with a leak a few months later where the hose manifold attaches to the compressor (see pic below). The hose manifold is flat but the compressor has "stepped" inlet/outlet so outlet is set back farther. It needs two different size washer seals to fit. I figured I made one of two mistake last time, one is that I used sealant on the washers or maybe used the wrong size washers since the kit came with a bunch of them. I ordered a new seal kit and tried again. I used a red and green washer since these were the only ones that fit to keep the manifold level. Didn't use sealant per the instructions. It's now 6 months later and I have a leak of ac oil which I think is out of the low pressure side.
I am looking for ideas on what could be going on. The line, compressor, and washers are all made by Four Seasons. The bolt is still tight. At least for now, there's still enough pressure in the system that it still cools a little but barely enough for FL summer heat. Enough oil came out that I noticed the dye infused oil that leaked on to the frame.
