Cool T-Tops on Ebay
If anyone is looking for the T-tops that were part fiberglass and part acrylic / glass / whatever, there is a pair of them on ebay right now.

These are "probably" original Moonroof tops built as an option for I think the 1977 model corvette. There was a dispute on the marketing between the mfr and the general, so they were dropped before any were issued. Moonroof sold them as an aftermarket item and GM went with the full glass tops. I don't know of any source for new ones. They usually go for between $400 and a $800 on ebay. This is one auction that can use the word rare without getting laughed at. There are or were maybe a half dozen of the on the forum.

That is a very interesting find! They do look like moonroofs. And in excellent condition. The pic is a little small but they appear to have the pin locators at the back; making them suitable for 1978-82. If I did not have glass tops already I would go for them.

It looks like they have the 69-77 double handles, and not the '79 single handles. I think the year listed in the auction is somehow inaccurate...
