Default Aircon regas

can anyone tell me the amount in grams needed for a regas of an 80 C3? A local garage can do but need to know the exact amount to put in! The car has had '134a Retrofit procedure performed to SAE J1661' and I think the sticker says 2 lbs but it's very indistinct.

I just refilled my '80 with 60 oz of R12. The sticker on the evaporator box says 3.75 lbs = 60 oz I think the service manual might say something different here but I trust the decal on the car WAY MORE than anything in the GM service manual. Found too many discrepancies in there.

But you are using R134a so....the 60 oz R12 converts to just 3.12 Lbs R134a according to a chart I found online. I have zero experience here so talk this over with your tech doing the work. See what he thinks.

Yeah thanks guys,
I do have a sticker on the evaporator box which says 3.75 pounds of R12, I converted it down x.9 and minus .25lb to 3.125 pounds or 1417 grams, so that looks like the ballpark figure. Online chart looks good with 45 ounces too (@75%).
