The front chrome bumper on my 1970 is not aligned properly. The right front corner is approx 1/2" lower than the other side and sticks slightly outward. I removed two bolts that are under the corner, but that really didn't loosen up the blade and I found it was still attached by another bolt/screw that seems to to screw into the actual body? This hidden bolt can barely bee seen from looking down on the bumper blade. I can only see it since there's a gap from being misaligned. How can I properly remove the front bumper blade? Do I need to access the mounting hardware through the engine bay or open headlight compartments instead? Pics attached... (View looking down onto right front corner)

There’s more access if you remove the grilles. However, on a 70 with studs and not screws retaining the grille to the body, I am a bit hesitant to recommend that.
