Block Drain for complete coolant flush.
One on both sides.
Myself, I do not recommend removing unless the engine is on an engine stand. If you damage the threads, or snap off the plug, that is an awful spot for repairs.
There may be a teaspoon of rust sediment behind it. Not worth the trouble of removal.
Leave it be.
