Yes. Only very minor cosmetic differences. Nothing from a functional/mounting standpoint

68 didnt have the center threaded bolt. The corner threaded bolt holes for the pins are smaller than later years

68 ht didn’t have stainless spears at rear corners. But you can easily add them.
