My '68 has a 3.08 rear, 285/40/Toyo's with M21 and 570 hp 489 cu in. Even with 606 ft/lbs torque after 10 years its still holding together.......but no smoky burnouts/dropping clutch action is imperitive.....

They're on sale which helps a little, I posted some pictures of my LS3 with stock cast iron manifolds here:

I have read somewhere that the stock manifolds, especially the LS7's, flow pretty well. It's unlikely I can find a comparison somewhere with actual headers but when I can find a little time I will look for that reference again. It's nice to know what you're getting for your money.
The BillyBoat rep says no problem with my issue, the zbar and given the pix, that seems right. My other issue is I have a Borgeson steering box installed and that may be OK too, but it would be nice to get some confirmation.
