Default Pretty Cool (if it's real)

I think (if I read this correct) that this C5 has a 427 in it.

Although, I don't know if this an actual car or not since the name of the site is "Concept Cars". Anyway, check it out:

They put a twin turbo version of the 427 into an all wheel drive Sonoma. At the time of the article they had not worked out all the kinks but think it will be capable of 9 sec quarter and 20 mph.

Check it out:

That's a pretty good price. A shop, MTI I think in Houston will do the same thing including the swap/installation including a 2 year warranty for $20,000. From reading their literature, all parts are 1st class.

But $10,000 for an 427 LS1 sounds pretty cool to me. Crate motor and EFI will run you $7000 easy and probably will end up closer to $10,000.

Does the shop have a website?

I'd say it's real....there are LOTS of folks with 427s or 422 LS1's in their C5s on the C5 Forum.

Well you have to have the LS1 to begin with  so you buy a core LS1 from a dealer for $1500 itll be a total of 11,500. No the shop dosent have a website. :(
