Remove Camber Bolt without removing strut rod?

Update: I got the bolt out. Used a scissor jack to try to straighten where the street rod end was slightly off center, binding the stripped bolt. Now I will see if I can get the new bolt in!
Last week I was adjusting, then tightening the camber bolt on the right rear of my ‘71, and suddenly the nut became easy to turn, so obviously the bolt threads had stripped (why isn't the steel more hardened on these aftermarket bolts so one can tighten enough to hold camber without stripping the threads? A discussion for another day).
I ordered a new camber bolt and got it in today, was going to install, but I’m having great difficulty removing the stripped camber bolt, as the slightly off center strut rod is binding the bolt, and it won’t budge. No room to hit it either…
In short, is there a way to remove the camber bolt without having to remove the shock mount and then strut rod? Did a search, couldn’t find the answer.
Thank you.
