As indicated by some of my prior posts I’m about to rebuild my entire suspension. I have everything decided upon and sourced except the rear spring. I don’t want to ruin the ride height I have right now which seems to be a common thing with some of the fiberglass springs. Anyone have some advice on this?
Never had any ride height problems with my VB&P spring. Van Steel now makes them.
same moulds I believe.
I can only say everything about my glass mono spring is positive.
Give Danny a call at Van Steel and ask him. Both the old VB&P and Van Steel are local for me. I liked Vette Brakes, but they had internal problems that could not be overcome. Van Steel has most of the Vette Brakes products and more. Jerry

I installed a VB&P spring in the '79 C-3 that my wife owned, back in the mid 90s, 2-3 years before we sold the car. Loved it!

You can adjust your rear ride height to about anything you want by changing these bolts to different lengths. It sounds counterintuitive, but the longer bolt provides lower ride height etc. https://www.corvettecentral.com/c3-6...f%3fcount%3d45
The TRW glass spring gave the fiber spring it's bad rap.......they have way too much arch......
I have a VB&P and it is perfect......I expect Van Steele to be the same as they picked up VB&P and have higher attention to detail than the typical supplier......
