Turn signal, not working

Default Turn signal, not working

I have a 69 to turn signals don’t work I can see a flasher top left in the fuse box(it checks out with the ohm meter) The wiring diagram I have from Lectric Limited shows another flasher I have the center council apart – but I don’t see another flasher anybody help

Is there one on the back lower right corner of the passenger dash panel near the vent ball? I believe this is the turn signal flasher location.

The flasher in the fuse box is the emergency flasher.

Found a turn signal plug on the upper kick panel on the passenger side put a flasher in there still no turn signals only now with the tail lights on if I put the right hand turn signal on the right hand tail light goes out. Any thoughts?

I would swap out all the lamps (bulbs) for the taillights and forward turn signals...... then test. Yes all the lamps whose function is for braking, turnsignaling, and regular tailamps lightup..... cheap and a lot less hassle before beginning troubleshooting if there are faulty lamps involved.
