Default Clutch Housing Ball Stud Torque

I’ve looked through all the manuals and can’t find any reference to the torque value for the ball stud in the clutch housing.
Lar’s referenced them as being “really tight” in an old thread about removing them, but there are no threads referencing what the torque spec is for installing them.
Nothing on the internet, or YouTube.
Should I just tighten it as tight as possible?
Should I add a dab of blue Locktite or should there be anti seize on the threads since the bell housing is aluminum.
Thanks in advance,
Greg

How many rpm do you plan to do behind that big motor

You might want to consider one of the blow proof models

Or even SFI flywheel and PP

It will never be tracked, raced or abused as long as I own it.
The next owner can worry about that stuff breaking!
However the flywheel, clutch and pp are top of the line McLeod.

That Silversport bellhousing is a heavy duty, finest bell aluminum factory style bell housing made, and more than adequate for street use. Street cars have no need for blow proof bell housings.

I put mine in with German torque. Goot-n-tight. Blue Loc-tite of course. Been in there for going on 20 years now.

I think all the YouTube videos I’ve been watching are all made in Germany.
They all put them in goot-n-tight.
Danke!

My $.02.
It's a non adjustable stud that you, hopefully, won't ever take out.
So, pretty tight with a regular length ratchet. You don't want to screw up the threads on the bell housing by being over zelous.
I'd use red locktite.
Also, from my personal experience, I'd install a adjustable stud to fine tune your linkage.

Thanks for the suggestions!!!
I also thought about red LockTite.
I agree with you and will go with a little red.
An adjustable stud would be nice, but I’m already so far over my budget on this car and every little part is just putting me farther away from getting it completed both time wise and budget wise.
Thanks again!
