Default 327 into 77 accessory mounting

I'm putting a 67 327 into my 77. The car has factory air. The heads on the 327 are not tapped for the ac compressor brackets. I think I can use the original bracket and modify it to bolt to the water pump bolt, but there is also a bolt at the bottom of the bracket that bolts to the head on the original 350. Not sure what to do with that. Has anyone done this with untapped heads? I'm looking for any suggestions. I'm going with the 327 at least temporarily because I had it freshly rebuilt and the car it was destined for had other issues.

Best suggestion. Use a sanden compressor and Allen Grove mounting brackets. All your problems will be solved.

I just got a new original style compressor. The bearings were shot on the original one. Might be able to return it and go with your suggestion. Thank you!

The modern, Sanden compressor uses about 1/4 of the power to turn it. Combined with a parallel flow condenser and 134 gas. Your all set with a late 77. Now if you have a E77. That's another kettle of fish.
Early 77 is VIR air-con. I ran a how to thread on upgrading the E77 air-con if your interested.
