7 years 6 months into my rebuild am having a turn signal issue that is boggling me and wondered if anyone might have a bit of wisdom to share.
RF, RR and LR turn signals function normally, when a left turn is indicated the green arrow flashes as normal but the LF turn signal light just stays lit. Have verified the ground, bulb function and even tried a new signal lamp assembly to no avail and cannot find the turn signal wiring diagram broke out to refer to, would anyone happen to have one to refer to? My diagram ends at "turn signal switch" and blank page. Think it might be a switch? This would make sense if it did not flash but it does illuminate.
Hello, yes I did confirm ground it is just throwing me that only the LF light does not blink, just stays stubbornly lit while the rear blinks away. Am considering making a new wiring harness next winters project, wiring is just old and it seems like every time I touch a connection I have to repair it. To date I have not found a good switch or relay in the vehicle. It spent about 20 years in a conex container in Dallas and the heat was not kind.
