Default 69 Vette clutch

Just got to the point of the first drive of my frame up, it seems the clutch is not disengaging with the pedal pushed. All the linkage looks right down to the clutch fork, and the pedal doesn't seem to have much tension. I know it is pushing the fork almost to touching the body floor pan. Any ideas? It did sit for a while with the motor married to the trans on the frame.

Could just be a stuck clutch. Common if they sit awhile. Put it in gear and start it. Start driving forward. Usually will pop free in a few feet. Sometimes a lot longer. Once it does. It's fine.
