Help with spring loaded hinge
I am trying to repair the hinge mount on the rear deck lid on my 68 convertible, is the removal of the hinge possible without cutting the body?

I have no clue but I might suggest you put the year of 1968 in your title. There are a lot of members who specialize in 68's but might not look at your post because it DOES NOT mention that it is for a '68. Just a thought to get more attention to your problem. Good luck.
