rear diff angle
I am trying to determine my rear driveshaft angles without pulling the driveshaft. I can not get to the yoke. Where on the diff is there a flat spot that represents the rear pinion angle. Every location I can get to is different. I can get to the bottom of the diff, the top and bottom of the side rib and the flat spot on the bracket between the strut rods
I have a seperate diff on the floor I am trying to match the angles on while I wait to see if you guys have the answer before I figure it out

Isn't there a flat pad on the bottom? Like a center rib? Just measure that, with your diff on the floor, and also measure the front pinion face or yoke. If they are not exactly 90* apart figure out how many degrees off the rib is. If you have a digital level, you can zero it out.
Both diffs will be exactly the same. If one rib is 2* off, they will both be 2* off.

After I posted that I went out and did exactly that and nothing is inline with the pinion that is reliable or repeatable. I have the tranny up against the floor and a big poly snubber mount so It is going to work or not. If I have to do some adjustments its going to be at the snubber
