Finally after living with a slow opening drivers side head lamp I checked it out This didn’t look right
about a year ago I purchased a complete set of actuators and relays. A vacuum test did not show any change during opening/closing of the circuit.
first I changed the relay with no change so then I moved to the actuator. Works great now.
