making my own sidepipes?
if i plan on doing this, or more likely having a friend do this, i have a few quesitons, what headers would i want, i wouldnt want hooker crome ones cause my pipe would be aluminum or stainless so they wouldnt match, also what would i have to do to the inside of the pipe to use the jcl spiral baffels size, or marking or whatever, those who made their own what did you do, also stainless steel should last right?

I bought the Hooker Headers seperately and will be making up my own sidepipes to suit the JCL baffles I have ready for the job. I do intend tho to have the whole lot porcelain coated in black instead of any other finish. Too many chrome and silver ones out there already. I would suggest you buy the baffles first and make the pipes to suit them.....could save you some grief further down the track that way. Good luck.
