Not trying to be nitpicky with the terminology, but you are using the stock (style) GM power steering pump, with the Borgeson steering box, right? Did you use the Borgeson adaptor to replace the stock power steering control valve?
If the box is centered with your steering wheel, your best bet is to change the lengths of the steering arms, while keeping the toe-in measurement the same.
