Hi guys . sorry for the uncertain English (I live in Italy)
I have a problem with my 1979 Corvette.
When it's hot, starting from a standstill uphill, I hear a noise on the rear differential and the traction slips. DO you know what it could be?
Hello and welcome to the forum.
Please explain just a little better.
Automatic or manual transmission?
Traction slips you say? Tires slipping on the road? Transmission slipping? Clutch slipping? Rear differential making a clunking noise?
I can't hear the noise or feel the slip. Please attempt to describe better. Much more detail needed. And only when hot? Hooks up fine and no noise when cold?
Hi.
I already add the additive, but the problem is still there.
The trasmission is automatic, tires don't slip on the road
Trasmission first slips and after an iron noise works all at ones. Only when is hot and uphill, no noise when is cold.
