79 Corvette Evaporator Box Removal
I've got a massive leak in my evaporator box and have been trying to remove it, but have been unable to locate all of the bolts holding it together. I found the 3 obvious ones near the top and the 2 (maybe only 1 was actually for the box) located underneath the glove box. As well as one that was on the right side of the box maybe 3 inches from top on the side opposite to the engine. Does anyone know the locations of the remaining? Thanks

It has been a few years since i removed mine from an 80 which is probably similar and i had to remove the fender vent (the one behind the wheel) to access some of the bolts from between the fender and the evaporator box. I recall that the drier is in the way of seeing some of them. I also recall i had to get one bolt from the bottom screwing up. Hope this helps.
