Borgeson severe leak
I installed a borgeson steering box only 3 years ago and discovered a pretty severe leak coming from the pitman shaft. When the steering hits the stops (left or right), power steering fluid literally jets out the pitman shaft seal. Has anyone else had this problem? Pain in the butt to replace?

Should be no harder than installing it the first time. Have you contacted Borgeson to see if it is covered, or if they have repair parts to DIY?
There are threads on how to limit the steering fluid pressure, if that ends up being the solution.
