Anyone recognize these? I'm going to have to replace the fronts, so I'd like to put the same thing on there

This is the rear

weird
fronts are not stock
rears could be.
fronts can be changed because hubs are removeable
rears aren't.
what are you after?
shorter fronts?
longer rears?
all doable

longer fronts to match the rears. Two of the RH front broke, I have no idea why.

Could be the wrong lug nuts. I had American Racing 200S, that's what your wheels look like, and they used shanked lug nuts with a hard washer. Are those seats for the lug nuts conical or flat?
