if your just looking for the fixe headlight buckets, you can still find them in ecklers and mid america and others. if you want the real le mans style, with the big, round lights, you may be out of luck. there is a forum member who is making his own. maybe he'll find your post. i'm looking to find some late model Z28 style to fit in mine. good luck
you might try doing a search for 'headlight buckets' or something like that. like i said, i know there is a forum member making his own. maybe if you could help him offset his costs, he'd make you a set too. just a thought
I bought the aluminum buckets but they were made for some type of bulb capsule to bolt on with two bolts. I couldn't locate those anywhere. So I just cut out the buckets to fit the bulbs directly on to them. This saved a few ounces and it looks really tuff. Be prepared though because the only bulbs I could find to fit were at a junk yard. 72' Datsun bulbs. None of the parts stores had such small bulbs and had no idea how to get them. This is what makes modifying fun!
I"ve got a pair of the late model camaro looking fixed headlight kit. When I traded for this car it also came with some extras. The " kit" consists of the two cases, 4 rec. headlights & chrome trim pieces. I"d love to sell or trade these pieces if anyone"s interested!
i might be interested if the camaro kit is from the '93-'96(?) style. that's exactly what i've been looking for. if that is what you have, IM or e-mail me and we'll talk.
