Default Instrument cluster ground location

1980 Coupe
So I have been troubleshooting a gauge/dash illumination issue and have tested the tail light fuse (good), the headlight switch and rheostat (good) and the 7.5A dash/illumination fuse (good) and have concluded that since every dash/instrument/transmission/AC light bulb (12+) is out (courtesy lights work tho) it must be a common single point ground issue. The manual schematic calls out this single point ground as being on the left side above the door switch. Does anyone have a picture of this common grounding point and how to reach it?

TIA,
Ken

Disregard the rusted out inner windshield frame corner that will be replaced...

I believe that the bolt head in the center of this photo (directly above the lowewr black bracket) was my '71's dash ground point.

Hope this is what you're looking for
