I was recently told by a few guys at our weekly breakfast gathering that the left rear wheel is somewhat out of kilter tilting in to the top fender lip looking from the rear?? It is a 78 SA! Any and all inputs for repair etc are welcome.... Pls let me know if I've left out anything?
TIA!!!! JJ78

Hey there PiersonPie tx for the note
Yes it took a lot of trial/error but as a challenged senior senior I finally got it!!
And with regards to your input that's about what my go to Vette guy suggested..
However, my aim was to bump what he said and what the C3 experts say
SA=Silver Anniversary

Tx for the input Mel and that's pretty much what my Vette guy said indicating that your 1st two items were the
most likely culprits
BTW If it's that latter of the 3 can I still drive it till he can get it into the shop??
I generally only use it for local cruise-ins and weekly breakfast gatherings!!

If number 3 you can cause additional damage to the differential case if the flange on the yoke hits the case.
1. Strut rod bushing worn.
2. Loose camber adjustment bolts.
3. Differential side yoke wear.
Exactly this. If # 3. PARK IT NOW. You don't want any more damage that may not be repairable in your differential.
If you can't get to it asap,, don't use it...
.
. IMHO..
