The following link is to a collection of very interesting videos, though only two have Corvettes in them: "Torque Monster" which features a big-block C3 that the guy manages to make a pass on when the C3'er bobbles a little on a bump in the track and "Lotus Elise vs. Corvette" which show a race-prepped Elise chasing down a stock C5. Unfortunately for the Elise, it turns out that the C5 guy was sandbagging, at least in the straights. :D
